The new homes at Olde Salem Village of North Andover are built by experienced craftsmen with quality materials. These new homes are designed to minimize exterior maintenance and maximize beauty. All homes are constructed with 6” insulated vinyl siding, Azek single cell polyurethane trim for all soffits and fascias, never needing painting. Anderson tilt wash vinyl clad windows for ease of cleaning from the inside.
The developers Jay Burke and Ben Osgood of Key-Lime Inc. are highly respected builders from North Andover who have worked in many communities north of Boston.
